Privacy Policy
This policy is in draft. A full privacy policy will be published before the platform moves out of closed beta.
What we collect
When you use Whole Self with AI, we collect: your email address (via your Living Literature account), your responses to instrument items, session progress data, and — if you consent — a self-portrait built from confirmed facts and observations.
We do not collect raw narrative text for analysis beyond the session in which it is entered. Free-text responses are processed in memory and discarded; only structured scores and consented portrait entries are persisted.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the instrument: to resume sessions, compute and display your scores, and (with consent) maintain your self-portrait. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored in Supabase (EU region) with row-level security — only you can read your own data. API keys and secrets are server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
Your rights
You may view, edit, or delete any part of your data at any time from your dashboard and self-portrait page. You may delete your entire account and all associated data by contacting us.
Cookies
The platform uses a session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
